BLACK FRIDAY 2025 TERMS OF USE

(Put Yourself First Starter Pack & Queen Energy Bundle)

By checking the box next to these Terms of Use and clicking the “Purchase” button, you, the purchaser of access to The Put Yourself First Sisterhood and any associated bundle (hereafter “Client”), agree to the following Terms of Use with Put Yourself First Ltd (“Put Yourself First”).

These Terms apply specifically to purchases made via the Black Friday 2025 offers, including:

• Put Yourself First Starter Pack

• Queen Energy Bundle

1. Membership Outline

Client is purchasing access to The Put Yourself First Sisterhood, a membership that offers:

• Educational resources and trainings

• Workshops and masterclasses

• Group coaching calls and/or community sessions

• Access to a private Telegram community

• Tools and support for personal development, embodiment and nervous system health

Client understands this membership is not a substitute for personalised medical, mental health, legal, financial or business advice.

2. Confidentiality

Client will gain access to proprietary intellectual property including written, audio and video materials. Client agrees not to share, copy, distribute or repurpose any content from The Sisterhood or any associated bundle.

Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the Membership without refund and / or legal action.

3. Testimonials & Social Media

Client may voluntarily provide testimonials. Client grants Put Yourself First permission to use testimonials, as well as voluntarily shared comments, DMs or feedback (e.g. via Telegram, Instagram, email) for marketing, in line with standard practice.

No compensation is owed for testimonials or shared feedback.

4. Payment & Billing

4.1 Black Friday 2025 Annual Rate

By purchasing through these Black Friday offers, Client understands and agrees that:

• The annual membership rate for The Put Yourself First Sisterhood is £222 per year

• This rate reflects 50% off the standard annual pricing

• This £222 rate is locked in for life as long as membership is kept active and not cancelled

There is no monthly option available on this checkout.

4.2 Put Yourself First Starter Pack

The Put Yourself First Starter Pack is a one-time payment of £222, which includes:

• 12 months access to The Put Yourself First Sisterhood at the Black Friday rate

• One private 60-minute “2026 Vision & Expansion Session” with Kat

After the initial 12 months, membership to The Sisterhood will auto-renew at £222 per year unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

4.3 Queen Energy Bundle

The Queen Energy Bundle is a one-time payment of £444, which includes:

• 12 months access to The Put Yourself First Sisterhood at the Black Friday rate

• One private 60-minute “2026 Vision & Expansion Session” with Kat

• Early-bird access to the February 2026 Feminine Energy Group Programme

• Two additional private embodiment sessions delivered during the Group Programme

• Access to the Group Programme curriculum when it launches

The checkout will show:

• £222 per year for The Sisterhood

• A £222 setup fee labelled “Queen Energy Bundle Upgrade (Feb 2026 Group Program)”

After the initial 12 months, membership to The Sisterhood will auto-renew at £222 per year unless cancelled. The setup fee is a one-time payment and will not recur.

5. Auto-Renewal

By purchasing either Black Friday offer, Client agrees:

• The Sisterhood membership will auto-renew annually at £222 on the same date each year

• Payment will be taken automatically via the card or method used at checkout

• The £222 renewal rate is locked in for life as long as membership is not cancelled

There are no further charges for the Group Programme or private sessions beyond the £444 one-time payment for Queen Energy Bundle.

6. Cancellation

Client may cancel the annual renewal of The Sisterhood at any time, provided cancellation is requested at least 3 business days before the next billing date.

Cancellation steps:

• Submit a cancellation request via the Support link inside the member area, or

• Email [email protected]  with full name, email address and request to cancel

If cancellation is requested less than 3 business days before renewal, the renewal will go ahead and cancellation will apply to the following year.

For clarity:

• Cancelling stops future annual payments of £222

• The original one-time payment of £222 (Starter Pack) or £444 (Queen Energy Bundle) is non-refundable

• Cancelling does not affect access already paid for; Client will keep access until the end of the paid year

7. Refunds

All payments for:

• The Put Yourself First Starter Pack (£222), and

• The Queen Energy Bundle (£444)

are strictly non-refundable.

There are no refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Lack of time or non-use

• Dissatisfaction with the experience

• Change in circumstances

Client may cancel future renewals as outlined above but will not receive a refund for payments already made.

8. Technology

Client is responsible for having the necessary technology (e.g. internet, device, Telegram app, Kajabi login) to access the materials. Inability to access due to Client’s tech issues does not entitle Client to a refund.

9. Voluntary Participation & Disclaimer

Client participates voluntarily and is responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions. Put Yourself First makes no guarantees around specific results or outcomes.

All content is educational and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial or professional advice.

10. Community Behaviour

The Put Yourself First Sisterhood prioritises a supportive, safe space.

Put Yourself First reserves the right to remove any Client from the Telegram community and/or Membership without refund for:

• Abusive, harmful or discriminatory behaviour

• Persistent negativity or disruption

• Defamatory comments about the Membership, Kat Horrocks, Put Yourself First or other members

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, videos, audios, workbooks and resources are the intellectual property of Put Yourself First (and any guest experts where applicable).

Client receives a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for their own personal use only. Client may not copy, share, resell, or use materials in their own paid programmes or content.

12. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Put Yourself First, its directors, employees, contractors and collaborators from any claims, losses or damages arising out of participation in The Sisterhood, Starter Pack, or Queen Energy Bundle.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes will first be addressed via good-faith discussion between Client and Put Yourself First.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of Client’s location.

14. Amendments

Put Yourself First may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via email, and continued access to the Membership will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

Membership Outline Addendum

At the time of purchase, The Put Yourself First Sisterhood includes:

• Access to the full members’ area and all existing resources

• Monthly masterclasses or trainings

• Group community/coaching calls (two per month, unless otherwise specified)

• Access to the private Telegram community

• Additional resources, guides and bonuses as added over time

Queen Energy Bundle Addendum

In addition to the above, Queen Energy Bundle Clients receive:

• One “2026 Vision & Expansion Session” (60 minutes, 1:1 with Kat)

• Two 1:1 Feminine Embodiment sessions during the February 2026 Group Programme

• Access to the full Group Programme curriculum and calls once it launches in February 2026
