If your card has expired or declined for any reason, our payment processor will automatically attempt to retake the payment 2 days later. You can update your payment method/details by heading to the 'Your Account' section (click the icon in the top right corner of the screen) to access your account and details.

You will be notified upon Put Yourself First’s receipt of this form completion, and your membership will subsequently be cancelled prior to the following billing period, assuming it is more than 3 business days away.

Replays are always updated in the member's area ASAP after the session, usually within 24 hours. All membership content is available to you in your member's area 24/7
